I’ve spent the last 25 years working with relationship dynamics and human development in business and therapeutic settings. I am trained in systems theory as well as leadership development, and work with individuals, leaders, teams and organizations to identify patterns getting in the way of interpersonal relationships, productivity or blocking potential. I’m here to help you productively manage change and/or conflict and find a more effective and rewarding path forward.
I have a BS in Journalism and a MA in Psychology. I am also trained in Emotionally Focused Therapy and Brené Brown’s ground-breaking work on shame, vulnerability, resilience and courage building. I am a Certified Daring Way Facilitator, and trained in Dare to Lead Curriculum for teams and leaders.
