Online Therapy

I have 25 years experience in relational dynamics in professional and therapeutic settings.

  • What are the stories you notice yourself telling?
  • Do you stay small and quiet to protect yourself, or puff up big and loud to be heard?
  • Are there ways people respond to you that leave you confused?
  • Do you compromise yourself to keep the peace but find yourself sacrificing too much?
  • How do you stay aligned with your values?
  • Do you have all the makings of a happy life but feel something is missing?

As your therapist, I will help you explore these types of questions and help you make changes where you’d like to. I have experience treating a wide variety of mental health conditions, but focus mostly on relationship conflict and betrayal, life transitions, managing stress, improving workplace dynamics, and developing self-acceptance and resiliency. I am trained in Brené Brown’s curriculum on shame, vulnerability and resilience, and my approach to treatment is a combination of person-centered Rogerian, psychodynamic, and narrative therapy. I’m passionate about shining light on strengths and helping you leverage those to approach life challenges, manage stressors, and improve relationships.

I am licensed in Washington and Illinois and offer online sessions only, via my HIPAA-compliant video office.
